Vinh Quang Tran - Biography

About me

Hi, I am a research scientist at SpreeAI. I received Ph.D. in Computer Science from Department of Computer Science, Stony Brook University, State University of New York in 2023. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Minh Hoai Nguyen. Before Stony Brook, I obtained my B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Information Systems from The University of Science - VNUHCM, Vietnam. My research interests are computer vision and machine learning. I am particularity interested in human action and activity understanding in images and videos.
